GLUTEN-FREE BANANA MUFFINS

Every blog needs a Banana Bread recipe, right? I couldn't even tell you how many recipes I've tried, personally, but I will make it my mission to always share what I find because I truly think every recipe is different, but they always come out delicious! Let me know what you think of this one.

Gluten-Free Banana Muffins

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients
1 1/4 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup date sugar

Wet Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup filtered water

How To:

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 - Mix together all of the wet ingredients. Set aside.
Step 3 - Mix together all of the dry ingredients. Set aside.
Step 4 - Combine the wet into the dry ingredients, combine.
Step 5 - Gather a muffin tin and spray each cup hole. Pour some mixture into each cup, so the hole is filled about half way. Bake the muffins at 325 F for 18-20 minutes, or until brown on top, some ovens vary. I topped mine with extra slices of banana too!

Enjoy! Tag me on IG @gigiikent if you end up making this recipe - I love to see what others create.
