Hi, I'm Gigi and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. I help women move mindfully, and eat intuitively. I'm a long-walk and matcha obsessed gal pal currently living on the East Coast in New Hampshire. I'm grateful for the healthy lifestyle I grew up with, and the influence that it has had on my own health & fitness journey.
My approach to health and fitness is this idea of whole body wellness. To me, this means to eat well by understanding foods, focusing on the positive, listening to your body, and moving mindfully.
I truly believe in bio-individuality and approach my clients knowing that what works for one person, may not work for another.
