Nutrition is massively important for your overall health, wellness and success in your fitness journey.
First thing's first, why is good nutrition so important?
1 | You need vitamins and minerals in your diet to excel in your fitness journey.
2 | Food gives you energy, without it, you won't be able to function properly--or maintain an active lifestyle.
3 | Without the right nutrition, your body may begin to shut down certain processes--things like reproduction, among others.
4 | Nutrient density: you need to be eating impactful, satiating, nutrient-dense foods.
5 | You can't function without proper nutrition, which means you won't be able to work out if you're not eating and fueling properly.
