If you're as much of a Matcha fan as I am, then you have to make this recipe. One of the key ingredients I used was the Superfood Matcha powder from Ancient Nutrition - I used to be an Ambassador with this brand, and while I no longer am, I still choose to recommend their products because I genuinely enjoy them and I'll only ever recommend products I have used and love.

Matcha Energy Balls

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I will link the one I use)
1/2 cup coconut butter (yes, it's different than the oil)
1/4 cup coconut oil

How To:

Step 1 - Mix together all of the ingredients.
Step 2 - Roll into balls - you can choose the size.
Step 3 - Lastly, roll each ball lightly into coconut flour just to coat the outside and give it a pretty look - you can totally skip this step!
Step 4 - Store in a pyrex in your fridge for snacking, as a pre/post-workout treat, dessert, etc.
