I truly believe in the saying, "it doesn't get easier, you get stronger".
I think it's easy to look at people promoting a healthy and fit lifestyle and think that they don't know how it feels to struggle-- but I want to let you know that I am "healthy & fit" (in my eyes) but I still don't have it all figured out.
Newsflash for you:
WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT. You're not me; I'm not you.
My "healthy & fit" doesn't look like your healthy and fit, and every day I am learning to be okay with that.
I encourage you to reflect and ask yourself:
"How do I feel?"
"Did I give it my all this week?"
"Did I show up to my workouts?"
"Did I make food choices that align with my longterm goals?"
And if you can give yourself an honest "heck yeah!" to those questions, then forgive yourself for being so harsh; tell your body you love it, and move on with your day!
