HEALTHY ISN'T JUST A "LOOK", IT'S A FEELING



MOVEMENT-
Move your body for minimum 30 minutes a day.

Some days that might look like a walk around your neighborhood. Other days that could be a walk plus a gym session or group class. Choose what feels right that day.

FOOD-
Make food choices that make you feel good plus fuel your body.

It's all about balance, right. If you know certain food leaves you feeling lethargic, bloated, etc. then why put yourself through it? It's okay to say 'no' and you don't have to explain. You know your body best.

INTUITION-
Listen to your body.

Are you bloated after eating gluten? Breaking out after eating dairy? These are signs that your body is telling you something is off and it's up to you to listen, and then adjust accordingly.

MINDSET-
Prioritize your mental health.

That's going to look different for everyone: could be journaling, getting a massage, going for a long walk, reading a good book. Do at least 1 thing every day that makes your mind feel good.

To be healthy on the outside, you don't have to make massive changes- I know it can seem overwhelming, but really it's the small daily habits here and there that will lead to big, longterm results.
