Say hello to your new favorite protein-packed breakfast: 2 Ingredient Protein Crepes.
1/2 cup egg whites (I use the Pete & Gerry brand)
1 Scoop of protein (I use a plant-based one)
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg whites and protein powder. Heat pan over a medium heat, add some oil or butter, and let that warm. Scoop out about 1/4 of the mixture (if using an 8 inch skillet); rotate the pan so the batter spreads out thin. Cook until the bottom is lightly browned, flip, and cook through.
Top with fresh fruit, pure maple, and any other of your favorites!
