10 PRINCIPLES OF INTUITIVE EATING

With Intuitive Eating, how you fuel your body is your choice made from a place of honoring and wanting to take care of your body and mind.

It's not:
doing what you feel like you "should" do, or "have to" do because some diet or person tells you to.

Why is this distinction important?

Because one is empowering while the other is disempowering. Dieting teaches you that other people or sources know what is better for your body than you do. . .

Remember: no one knows what is better for you and your body more than you do!
